Chef Mario brings over 20 years of restaurant experience in the Puglia region of Italy, specializing in pizza and traditional Italian cuisine.
After settling in Connecticut in 2023, Puglia Pizzeria was opened, bringing the Italian experience to Southbury.
All of our specialties are hand crafted by Chef Mario and the Puglia team, including daily dessert specials.
